Privacy and collection notice

This notice is given under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 5).

What we collect and why

• Free check: practice name, suburb and email, to run the check and email your results.
• Newsletter: your email, to send the newsletter you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link (Spam Act 2003).
• Purchases: handled by Stripe. We don't see your card details.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregate page views.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI), which receive only the practice name and suburb, never your email. Some are overseas, mainly in the United States.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or complain, at privacy@askthebots.com.au. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
